Black History Month 2025

Funded by Tower Hamlets Council, this annual Black History Month project consistently brings together an inspiring mix of people from across the community. Each year sees a strong turnout of attendees, professionals, and academics from a wide range of industries. The aim of the project is to challenge outdated stereotypes and highlight the breadth of talent, expertise, and achievement within the Black community. Speakers from diverse fields—such as medicine, journalism, education, and beyond—share their experiences and insights, offering powerful personal stories that celebrate excellence and inspire the next generation. It continues to be a meaningful and impactful programme year after year.
