Free Girls-Only Boxing Sessions at Portsoken Community Centre

Free Girls-Only Boxing Sessions at Portsoken Community Centre

The Power Movement is proud to offer free girls-only boxing sessions for young people aged 5–16, taking place every Tuesday at 4.30pm at Portsoken Community Centre.

Led by three-time national champion Courtney Pemble, the weekly sessions give girls the opportunity to stay active, learn new skills and build their confidence in a positive and encouraging environment.

Boxing is a fantastic form of exercise that can improve fitness, strength, balance and coordination. It can also help young people develop focus, discipline, resilience and self-belief – qualities that support them in many different areas of their lives.

Under Courtney’s experienced guidance, participants can explore the foundations of boxing, develop their technique and enjoy the rewards of learning a powerful new skill alongside other girls.

The sessions are open to girls living in the City of London and surrounding areas and are completely free to attend.
