Free Women’s Fitness Classes
Free Women’s Fitness Classes – Starting 26th September 2025
The Power Movement, in partnership with Sport England, is delighted to offer a brand-new series of free fitness classes for women, beginning on Friday 26th September 2025.
These weekly sessions will be led by coach Mayya (@mayyalifts), who is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and community through fitness.
📅 When: Every Friday morning, 10am – 11am
⏳ Duration: 12 weeks
💰 Cost: Completely free
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking for a friendly, supportive group to keep you motivated, these classes are open to all women who want to move, feel great, and connect with others.
